Living in Auckland Phil has considerable experience in the field of ACC, working with self-employed business owners to help reduce their ACC fees while increasing their overall disability cover.
Michael has returned to New Zealand after spending 24 years working in senior management roles in London. His experience includes managing 8 different Stations for London Underground tasked with ensuring the safety of commuters as they moved through the different Stations (over one billion people a year use London Underground). Michael is now a Registered Financial Adviser living in Canterbury and is passionate about ensuring people’s financial wellbeing and providing Personal Insurance Plans to meet their personal circumstances and unique needs.

Before joining Adelphi Stephanie spent seven years working in the banking industry performing various roles which included Assistant Bank Manager, training bank staff in insurance products and having the highest insurance sales for the bank in the Waikato region. This passion comes from the first-hand experience from an immediate family member and the many clients she has helped achieve successful claims outcomes while at the bank. Michelle is our enthusiastic, efficient and super organised CCC Manager. With a wealth of experience in Customer Service team management, gained both here in New Zealand and Australia, across multiple industries including insurance. Michelle has a passion to ensure people have their health and insurance needs covered, ensuring our team are asking the right questions and offering the best possible customer service. Born and bred in Christchurch, Michelle is passionate about sport, primarily football, but given the opportunity, she never misses a Crusaders home game. Outside of sport, Michelle and her husband enjoy socialising with family and friends and simply pottering around the house.
Customer Contact Centre Team Leader
After many years of working in Direct Marketing & Customer Management Zena heads the Adelphi Customer Contact Centre based in Christchurch. Zena brings a very professional, structured and caring approach to Adelphi’s Customer Contact Centre. Originally from Dunedin she is passionate about her culture, having studied as a Naturopath with a focus on Rongoa (traditional Maori medicine). Outside of her career Zena’s number one priority is her family, and has raised four extraordinary children. To relax Zena enjoys landscape painting.
LeeAnn has over 16 years of experience working in Customer Service and Client Relations. Having been self-employed herself LeeAnn has a great understanding of business and prides herself in going out of her way to help clients and exceed their expectations.
